Hi All,
What a week!
On Sunday, Katherine and I saw & Juliet (which was amazing!!). On Wednesday we brought Caroline to the airport to begin her four month study abroad adventure in Copenhagen. And yesterday we went to the Bronx Zoo (my first time there!) for a work event with Rob’s company.
Somehow, in between all of that, I did read, listen to and watch a fair number of good things this week including Hijack- why are more people not talking about this show?! Despite knowing that our baby girl was traveling internationally in the same week, I LOVED this show about a plane hijacking- go figure! I couldn’t stop watching until I knew how everything was resolved. I feel like this show isn’t getting a lot of press? Maybe I am missing the articles and podcasts that are talking about it but if it has fallen under the radar (unintended pun!) for you too, I highly recommend it. I loved the show and Idris Elba’s performance in it so much, that after finishing Hijack, I started watching Luther right away because I wanted to stay in a world where Elba was acting.
As always, I’d love to hear what you are reading, listening to or watching these days!
xo,
Stacey

This is the summer of light choices. Read Guest, reading Tomorrow, tomorrow and Tomorrow . Saw Oppenheimer( hubs the astrophysicist loved, me not so much). Liked Theater Camp. Obsessed some more about Succession. Love Reservation dogs and The Bear.
