Hi All,
This week brought rain, rain and more rain. The only sunny day was the day I had my first colonoscopy- a procedure I know is necessary and fortunately my results were great but what the heck was that?! It is 2023- please tell me someone really smart is working on a better way to get the same results?!
Thank goodness all of the above was balanced out by an amazing read- The Bee Sting by Paul Murray. Before you add this book to your to be read list, it is important to know a few things. It took me a little bit to get in to it. It is very long. And this book is missing not only quotation marks (a pet peeve) but also, at one point, all punctuation (why?!). All that said, it was worth it. I will be thinking about the characters and the questions this book tackles for a long time.
I can’t wait to hear what this week brought your way- please share by leaving a comment.
xo,
Stacey
